Terms
These terms are a practical public-facing summary for the current Trust Froud ISPF preview. They should be reviewed before live commercial launch.
Trust Froud ISPF provides access to a browseable library of information security policy and standard statements. Some public pages are available without signing in. The substantive statement library and related member features are restricted to authorised users.
When subscriptions become available, membership will grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the service for internal evaluation and operational purposes according to the applicable plan.
The policy statements, standard statements, mapping structure, page designs, data model, and supporting materials are protected intellectual property. Access does not transfer ownership of the content or the underlying framework.
You must not copy, scrape, bulk export, redistribute, resell, publish, train models on, or create competing public derivatives from the member content unless Trust Froud has given explicit written permission.
You must not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, share credentials, probe private resources, or use automated extraction tools against member-only content.
We may suspend or withdraw access where we reasonably believe the service or its intellectual property is being misused.
References to external frameworks are provided for mapping and navigation context. The relevant standards bodies and publishers retain ownership of their own materials and marks. Users should consult authoritative source documents where formal compliance interpretation is required.
The service is a policy and standards browsing tool. It does not replace legal, audit, certification, or compliance advice. Users remain responsible for deciding how to adopt, adapt, and operate any policy content in their own organisation.
We may update these terms as the product moves from preview to paid subscription access. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
